Large, two-year-old oysters sourced directly from fishermen in Miyagi Prefecture.At approximately 8 pieces per 1kg, these dumplings are significantly larger and offer a superior taste compared to the smaller, one-year-old dumplings often used in all-you-can-eat restaurants.We devoured it, grilling it to perfection.

How to eat oysters

Place them on the BBQ grill with the shells still on and grill them until they're done.It's ready to eat when it starts to bubble.With salt or ponzu sauce.

Oysters can also be ordered à la carte.You can also freely combine this with the meat courses (Ume, Take, and Matsu).

Fishermen in Miyagi Prefecture conduct their own norovirus testing once a week.Based on the test results, we will inform you whether the product is "suitable for raw consumption" or "suitable for cooking."
